2. Review special considerations related to methadone, buprenorphine/naloxone and cannabinoids
3. Review considerations related to other agents including Z-drugs, Gabapentin and Tramadol
4. Practice dose adjustments of controlled drugs and substances
5. Appraise fundamental holistic approaches to patient care using controlled drugs and substances
